How to register

How do I book on a course?

Please click on the register or login button on the course website.

If it is the first time you are registering with us, you will be prompted to create an account.

I want to book more than one person onto a course. How do I do this?

Once you entered the first registrant's details go the bottom of the "enter registrant details" page and tick "multiple bookings". Repeat this step until all delegates are registered.

I'm an alumnus of Imperial College, how can I receive my 10% discount?

Please follow these steps: 

  • provide us with your alumni number so we can enter it in our system
  • enter it on the "enter registrant details" page, in the "alumni discount code" box

How do I get a new password?

Please go to the following website: wwwf.imperial.ac.uk/cpd/booking/user/password

Then add your username or email address and a new password will be emailed to you.

Will I receive a confirmation of my booking?

Your booking will be confirmed by email when we have received your payment.

If you pay with credit or debit card, you will recieve it straight away. If you pay by any other means, you will receive confirmation when we have received your payment.

When will I receive joining information?

You will normally receive joining information by email, 10-14 days prior to the start of the course. 

Please note that it is the delegate's responsibility to check that they have received it. If you haven't received joining information please contact us on cpd@imperial.ac.uk.

When will I receive the course material?

You will receive course material at course registration. On some courses we will send you pre-reading material via email.

Which campus is the course held at?

Our courses are generally held at the South Kensington campus unless otherwise stated in the course joining information.

I need to cancel my place on the course, will there be a charge?

A 20% administration fee will be levied for cancellations made up to two weeks prior to the start of the course.  Cancellations thereafter will be liable to the loss of the full fee.  Notice of cancellation must be given in writing by email and action will be taken to recover, from the delegates or their employers, that proportion of the fee owing at the time of cancellation. 

How do I get a receipt for my booking?

Please log into your account and click:

  • Your account
  • Order history
  • the order number

You will now see your booking / receipt. Click on the “view printable version” and print your receipt.

I have booked a place on an online course, when will I receive access to the online course?

Once you have registered and we have received the payment for the course you will be sent details of how to access the online module.

Please allow 2 working days to receive this (excluding Bank Holidays and College Closure days).
