Postgraduate ambassadors

A science demonstration with students in a local schoolOur postgraduate ambassadors have a number of jaw-dropping experiments and STEM talks which can be delivered in schools in the Greater London area. This is a great way to engage students in discussions about STEM, and helps to show what careers in STEM areas look like. Spectroscopy in a Suitcase

Students undertaking a Spectroscopy in a Suitcase lab class This activity, funded by the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), gives AS and A-level students access to modern, portable spectrometers, which they can use to analyse mystery substances. This workshop is a fun and interactive way to build on your existing teaching in spectroscopy with equipment which is used by chemists, the police and F1 racing teams!
