How to use the printer-copiers in the Central and campus libraries

Printing from library PCs

Print, photocopy, scan and email material using our printer-copiers.

  • Imperial staff and students - use your College ID card to log on to printers and to top up credit
  • Other registered users and visitors - you may request a guest account to print from certain e-journals, e-books and databases where the terms of our licences permit visitor use. Their use is strictly for non-commercial purposes and you must adhere to the licence restrictions. To make photocopies, please ask at the Central Library Information Hub.

Ensure that your printing, copying and scanning complies with current copyright legislation, see Copyright guidance.
