There are two methods you can use to activate or deactivate call forwarding:

  • Via the Telephony Self Service webpage.
  • From your telephone.

Set up call forwarding via the Telephony Self Service webpage

Activate call forwarding temporarily

  1. Go to the Telephony Self Service webpage.
  2. Select CFWDALL in the View/Modify column.
  3. Dial 9 (if forwarding calls to an external number) and the extension number or full telephone number you wish to forward your calls to in the Forward to field. If you wish to forward your calls to a College telephone or Mobex number, you do not need to press 9.
  4. Click the Apply button.

The webpage will reload and say Setting CFWDALL Succeeded if you are successful.

Deactivate temporary call forwarding

  1. Go to the Telephony Self Service webpage.
  2. Select CFWDALL in the View/Modify column.
  3. Click the Unset button.

The webpage will reload and say Clearing CFWDALL Succeeded if you are successful.

Set up call forwarding from your telephone

Activate call forwarding temporarily

  1. Press the Fwd All or CFwdALL softkey.
  2. Dial 9 (if forwarding calls to an external number) and the extension number or full telephone number you wish to forward your calls to in the Forward to field. If you wish to forward your calls to a College telephone or Mobex number, you do not need to press 9.

Deactivate temporary call forwarding

  1. Press Fwd OFF or CFwdALL softkey.
  2. Replace receiver.
