To access the Imperial College London network remotely, you must have two things:

  • a device with an internet connection;
  • antivirus software.

Internet connection

To access the College system using machines or devices outside of the network you will need access to a good broadband connection (ADSL or cable). The ICT Service Desk can help you connect to College services but problems with local network connections need to be resolved by local network providers.

Antivirus software

To work remotely you will need a machine or device with the appropriate software, including the latest security updates and antivirus software.
