Permanent members of staff and fixed-term contracts

To extend an account for permanent members of staff or those with fixed-term contracts, get in touch with your departmental HR Representative.

Contingent worker accounts

To extend the end date of a contingent worker, use the ICIS HR system.

Student accounts

For student account extensions, the tutor or course leader should get in touch with the Departmental Contact, Departmental IT Representative or Username Contact to confirm that this is authorised. This person can then make the request using the online form: Request an account extension
