The ICT Service Desk is located on the South Kensington Campus and is your first point of contact for IT-related problems and queries.
The ICT Service Desk is open from Monday to Friday, 08.30 to 18.00 (excluding College closure days). If you experience an ICT-related issue outside of our working hours, there are various ways to contact us: ICT Service Desk out of hours support.

ICT Service Desk in the Central Library
For a trial period, you can visit our Service Desk Specialists in the Central Library on South Kensington Campus if you have any IT-related queries or problems.
We will be present from 10.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday on Level 1, opposite the central staircase, next to Room 110.
